Big appearance for real climate heroes – at the leading SHK trade fair ISH.
BRIEF
The International Sanitation and Heating Trade Fair ISH is the leading trade fair for the sanitation and heating sector. However, due to coronavirus, the ISH only took place digitally in 2021. ISH 2023 was therefore once again the first major opportunity for the Bosch Home Comfort Group and its market competitors to position themselves with their new solutions and services to their partners after four years.
CHALLENGE
The market for energy-saving heating and air conditioning solutions is booming. The bottleneck for implementation is the heating engineers and installers, who are therefore being courted by all manufacturers. It was therefore particularly important for Bosch Home Comfort to bring as many of its existing partners as possible to the trade fair stand and to win over new interested parties for the partnership with Bosch on site. At the same time, there was uncertainty as to whether the ISH, as a traditional presence trade fair, would again develop the same appeal as before corona.
SOLUTION
ISH 2023 focussed on the climate transition. Together with the Bosch Home Comfort trade fair marketing team, we put the spotlight on the heroes who are driving this change forward every day: heating engineers and installers. Our motto “Simple. Climate hero. With Bosch.” was brought to life from the invitation to the landing page and the trade fair walls to the climate hero gallery on the huge LED trade fair wall and inspired the target group. The joint success: The number of visitors to the stand almost doubled compared to the last ISH – with a slight decrease in the total number of visitors.
