Stadtwerke Reutlingen-Gruppe consists of Stadtwerke Reutlingen, FairEnergie GmbH, FairNetz GmbH and Reutlingen Bäder. Previously, each corporation had posted their vacancies separately on their respective websites.

The vacancies were designed in the CI of the different subsidiaries, the Group was not recognisable as their source. Applicants were unable to view all vacancies of Stadtwerke Reutlingen-Gruppe in one go. The future objective: a common platform and consistent look for the entire Group.

A common job portal for all subsidiaries of Stadtwerke Reutlingen-Gruppe. With a look that fitted the individual subsidiaries and yet still projected a consistent overall image. To achieve this, we developed a grid layout for online and print vacancies with a common tag line and consistent copy-image concept. The modules on the website are clearly structured and designed for user friendliness in order to make the application process fast and easy. The individual subsidiaries are clearly identifiable by their logos and corporate colours. Elements such as corporate benefits and employee quotes provide portal users with additional information.
