BRIEF

The 2022 energy crisis has thoroughly shaken up the market for energy suppliers. And one thing was shown: energy can no longer be taken for granted. The bankruptcies of some low-cost providers also emphasise that price is not everything. Security of supply and the origin of energy have become more important.

CHALLENGE

FairEnergie also had to reposition itself. It was clear that a price argument was out of the question. However, as a company with regional roots, FairEnergie has a strong trump card up its sleeve: Reliable energy supply can be promised much more credibly than an anonymous large corporation or online provider.

SOLUTION

We have invented the #EnergyMoment: Because many of the best experiences in life are not possible without energy. We capture these #EnergyMoments in highly emotional selfies. And play them on all channels – from billboards and CLP to daily newspapers, customer magazines, websites and social media. In this way, we position FairEnergie as the “guarantor” for the good feeling of being able to fully rely on the availability of energy.
